The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 353 residential property sales in September 2023, with an average selling price of $536,927. This marks a 15.95% decrease in the number of sales compared to September 2022, while the average sale price is up 3.05% for that same period. This is a 4.39% decrease from August 2023, where the average sale price was $561,585.

The number of listings in September 2023 was 950, up 6.26% compared to a year prior.
