The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports the following regarding residential property sales for April 2025:

The number of residential property listings in April 2025 was 1203, up 9.46% compared to 1099 in April 2024.

There were 416 residential property sales in April 2025, a 15.27% decrease compared to April 2024, which saw 491 sales.

The average selling price in April 2025 was $579,910, a 0.29% decrease compared to $581,571 in April 2024. This is a 0.56% drop from the previous month, March 2025, where the average sale price was $583,182.
