The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports the following regarding residential property sales for March 2025:

The number of residential property listings in March 2025 was 1020, up 21% compared to 843 in March 2024.

There were 342 residential property sales in March 2025, a 22.7% decrease compared to March 2024, which saw 440 sales.

The average selling price in March 2025 was $583,182, a 2.94% increase compared to $566,527 in March 2024. This is a 4.26% increase from the previous month, February 2025, where the average sale price was $559,363.
