The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports the following regarding residential property sales for February 2025:

The number of residential property listings in February 2025 was 739, up 9.48% compared to 675 in February 2024.

There were 307 residential property sales in February 2025, a 12.54% decrease compared to February 2024, which saw 351 sales.

The average selling price in February 2025 was $559,363, a 3.79% decrease compared to $581,402 in February 2024. This is a 2.32% drop from the previous month, January 2025, where the average sale price was $572,643.
