The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 366 residential property sales in October 2022, with an average selling price of $542,707. This marks a 48.23% decrease in the number of sales compared to October 2021, while the average sale price is down 4.26% for that same period. This is a 3.58% increase from September 2022, where the average sale price was $523,928.

The number of listings in October 2022 was 765, down 11.76% compared to a year prior.
