The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 319 residential property sales in November 2023, with an average selling price of $529,143. This marks an 8.86% decrease in the number of sales compared to November 2022, while the average sale price is up 3.32% for that same period. This is a 0.20% decrease from October 2023, where the average sale price was $530,223.

The number of listings in November 2023 was 801, up 8.39% compared to a year prior.
