The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 546 residential property sales in May 2023, with an average selling price of $602,591. This marks a 10.93% decrease in the number of sales compared to May 2022, while the average sale price is down 6.40% for that same period. This is a 4.50% increase from April 2023, where the average sale price was $576,654.

The number of listings in May 2023 was 1,094, down 24.91% compared to a year prior.
