The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 276 residential property sales in January 2024, with an average selling price of $534,655. This marks a 5.34% increase in the number of sales compared to January 2023, while the average sale price is up 3.38% for that same period. This is a 3.92% increase from December 2023, where the average sale price was $514,495.

The number of listings in January 2024 was 633, up 4.11% compared to a year prior.
