The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 226 residential property sales in December 2023, with an average selling price of $514,495. This marks an 11.37% decrease in the number of sales compared to December 2022, while the average sale price is up 8.06% for that same period. This is a 2.77% decrease from November 2023, where the average sale price was $529,143.

The number of listings in December 2023 was 301, down 22.02% compared to a year prior.
