The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports the following regarding residential property sales for March 2026:

The number of residential property listings in March 2026 was 939, down -9.97% compared to 1,043 in March 2025.

There were 352 residential property sales in March 2026, a -2.49% decrease compared to March 2025, which saw 361 sales.

The average selling price in March 2026 was $539,208, a -7.16% decrease compared to $580,816 in March 2025. This is a -0.44% drop from the previous month, February 2026, where the average sale price was $541,588.
