The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 698 residential property sales in March 2022, with an average selling price of $723,739. This marks a 5.03% decrease in the number of sales compared to March 2021, while the average sale price is up 35.10% for that same period. This is a 2.79% increase from February 2022, where the average sale price was $704,112.

The number of listings for March 2022 was 1,051, an increase of 15.37% compared to a year prior.
