The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports the following regarding residential property sales for June 2026:

The number of residential property listings in June 2026 was 1,318, down 2.66% compared to 1,354 in June 2025.

There were 476 residential property sales in June 2026, a 4.99% decrease compared to June 2025, which saw 501 sales.

The average selling price in June 2026 was $566,103, a 2.88% decrease compared to $582,913 in June 2025. This is a 0.20% increase from the previous month, May 2026, where the average sale price was $565,000.
