The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 525 residential property sales in June 2023, with an average selling price of $582,245. This marks a 6.08% decrease in the number of sales compared to June 2022, while the average sale price is down 3.75% for that same period. This is a 3.38% decrease from May 2023, where the average sale price was $602,591.

The number of listings in June 2023 was 1,141, down 27% compared to a year prior.
