The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 230 residential property sales in December 2022, with an average selling price of $473,642. This marks a 51.88% decrease in the number of sales compared to December 2021, while the average sale price is down 17.67% for that same period. This is a 7.36% decrease from November 2022, where the average sale price was $511,275.

The number of listings in December 2022 was 383, down 5.90% compared to a year prior.
