The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 728 residential property sales in August 2020, with an average selling price of $430,810. This marks a 17.61% increase in the number of sales compared to August 2019, while the average sale price is up 28.04% for that same period. This is a 0.87% increase compared to July 2020, where the average sale price was $427,107.

The number of listings for August 2020 was 936, a decrease of only 1.27% compared to a year prior.
