The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports the following regarding residential property sales for April 2026:

The number of residential property listings in April 2026 was 1,333, up 8.20% compared to 1,232 in April 2025.

There were 437 residential property sales in April 2026, a 3.53% decrease compared to April 2025, which saw 453 sales.

The average selling price in April 2026 was $572,150, a 1.11% decrease compared to $578,601 in April 2025. This is a 6.11% increase from the previous month, March 2026, where the average sale price was $539,208.
