The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 459 residential property sales in April 2023, with an average selling price of $576,654. This marks a 24.13% decrease in the number of sales compared to April 2022, while the average sale price is down 16.10% for that same period. This is a 1.49% increase from March 2023, where the average sale price was $568,204.

The number of listings in April 2023 was 860, down 20.66% compared to a year prior.
