The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 586 residential property sales in April 2022, with an average selling price of $692,759. This marks a 18.95% decrease in the number of sales compared to April 2021, while the average sale price is up 20.69% for that same period. This is a 4.28% decrease from March 2022, where the average sale price was $723,739.

The number of listings for April 2022 was 1,074, an increase of 12.58% compared to a year prior.
