The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports the following regarding residential property sales for August 2026:

The number of residential property listings in August 2026 was 1,127, down 3.34% compared to 1,166 in August 2025.

There were 428 residential property sales in August 2026, a-8.55% decrease compared to August 2025, which saw 468 sales.

The average selling price in August 2026 was $563,971, a drop of 0.08% compared to $564,428 in August 2025. This is a 3.15% increase from the previous month, July 2026, where the average sale price was $546,739.
