The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports the following regarding residential property sales for July 2026:

The number of residential property listings in July 2026 was 1,228, down 9.17% from 1,352 in July 2025.

There were 470 residential property sales in July 2026, a 12.64% decrease compared to July 2025, which saw 538 sales.

The average selling price in July 2026 was $546,739, a drop of 6.98% compared to $587,740 in July 2025. This is a 3.42% decrease from the previous month, June 2026, where the average sale price was $566,103.
