The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports the following regarding residential property sales for May 2026:

The number of residential property listings in May 2026 was 1,226, down 12.05% compared to 1,394 in May 2025.

There were 424 residential property sales in May 2026, a 17.99% decrease compared to May 2025, which saw 517 sales.

The average selling price in May 2026 was $565,000, a 1.61% increase compared to $556,062 in May 2025. This is a 1.25% drop from the previous month, April 2026, where the average sale price was $572,150.
