The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports the following regarding residential property sales for January 2026:

The number of residential property listings in January 2026 was 788, down 4.37% compared to 824 in January 2025.

There were 267 residential property sales in January 2026, a 1.48% decrease compared to January 2025, which saw 271 sales.

The average selling price in January 2026 was $528,040, a 7.63% decrease compared to $571,635 in January 2025. This is a 0.61% increase from the previous month, December 2025, where the average sale price was $524,840.
