There were 267 residential property sales in January 2026, a 1.48% decrease compared to January 2025, which saw 271 sales.
The average selling price in January 2026 was $528,040, a 7.63% decrease compared to $571,635 in January 2025. This is a 0.61% increase from the previous month, December 2025, where the average sale price was $524,840.
