The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports the following regarding residential property sales for February 2026:

The number of residential property listings in February 2026 was 764, up 2.00% compared to 749 in February 2025.

There were 237 residential property sales in February 2026, a 27.52% decrease compared to February 2025, which saw 327 sales.

The average selling price in February 2026 was $541,588, a 3.84% decrease compared to $563,237 in February 2025. This is a 2.57% increase from the previous month, January 2026, where the average sale price was $528,040.
